Luxury & Wellness

Journeys designed
around you
There are two reasons people come to us for a wellness journey in France. The first is restoration. They arrive exhausted — depleted by the relentless pace of a life lived at full speed, in need of something more profound than a holiday, something closer to a complete reset. The second is indulgence. They arrive as connoisseurs of luxury who have discovered that the finest wellness experience in the world, in the right setting, at the right pace, offers a pleasure entirely its own.
At Safrans de France, we design for both — because the truth is that restoration and indulgence are not opposites. They are the same thing, approached from different directions.
This is why we have built our wellness partnerships with the greatest care. Sothys, the legendary French skincare house, opens its prestigious Paris Institut exclusively to our clients — a sanctuary of expertise and refinement in the heart of the capital, where decades of French cosmetic science are applied with a precision and a warmth that is entirely, distinctively Parisian. And Maison Caritace, our partner retreat in the Basque Country, offers a vision of wellness rooted in the ancient healing traditions of the region — a place of extraordinary stillness, where the programme is designed around you and the results arrive home with you long after the journey ends.
France understands wellness in a way that belongs only to France — rooted in the quality of its landscapes, the mineral richness of its waters, the extraordinary produce that nourishes its tables, and the deeply held conviction that taking care of oneself is a form of intelligence, not an indulgence. We are here to help you experience all of it.

The Great Spas of France
France is home to some of the most extraordinary spa experiences in the world — addresses where the treatments, the architecture, the products, and the setting have been combined with the same precision and the same ambition as the finest gastronomic tables.
The Guerlain Spa at Cheval Blanc in Courchevel, where the treatments are calibrated to the altitude and the mountain air and the après-ski recovery is elevated to an art form. The Vinothérapie® spa at Les Sources de Caudalie in Bordeaux, where the antioxidant properties of the vine are applied to treatments of extraordinary efficacy in the cellars of Château Smith Haut Lafitte. The Sisley Spa at the Airelles Gordes in Provence, its stone vaulted treatment rooms carved from the same limestone as the Luberon itself. The Dior Institute at the Plaza Athénée in Paris, where the couture house's approach to beauty is translated into treatments of uncommon luxury in one of the most celebrated spas in the world.
We secure the treatments and the rooms simultaneously — because the finest spa experience in France is always also the finest place to sleep.

Thalassotherapy & the Atlantic Coast
France invented thalassotherapy — the therapeutic use of seawater and marine elements — and has been perfecting it along its Atlantic and Channel coasts since the 19th century. The results, at the finest establishments, are extraordinary: a week of seawater treatments in Quiberon or on the Île de Ré, combined with the particular quality of Atlantic air and the iodine-rich diet of the Breton coast, produces a physical transformation that those who have experienced it describe with an almost evangelical conviction.
The Grand Hôtel des Thermes in Saint-Malo — its Belle Époque façade above the sea, its seawater labyrinth of pools and jets and currents, its thalassotherapy programmes combining marine treatments with gastronomic meals of extraordinary quality. The Sofitel Quiberon Thalassa Sea & Spa, at the tip of the Quiberon peninsula where the Atlantic meets the gulf, offering one of the most complete marine wellness programmes in Europe.
We design thalassotherapy stays of three to seven days — combining treatments, rest, coastal walks, and the finest seafood tables of the Atlantic coast — that arrive home with you in the quality of your sleep and the colour of your skin for weeks afterwards.

Wellness Retreats in Provence
Provence offers a form of wellness that requires no spa and no programme — simply the landscape, the light, the pace, and the extraordinary quality of a region where the olive oil is pressed from trees a thousand years old and the lavender essential oil has been distilled the same way since the 17th century.
If you want to combine natural restoration and structured practice, Provence offers some of the most beautiful retreat settings in France. A week at a private Luberon mas — morning yoga on the terrace as the mist lifts over the valley, afternoons of complete stillness by a pool surrounded by lavender, evenings at a table where every ingredient was grown within ten kilometres. A private retreat programme at a five-star property in the Alpilles, combining guided meditation, Ayurvedic treatments, and a cuisine of anti-inflammatory simplicity that manages simultaneously to be the most delicious food you have eaten in months.
The healing power of Provence is real. We design the conditions in which you can feel it completely.

Paris & the Prestige Institutes
Paris approaches beauty with the same rigour and the same ambition it brings to haute cuisine — as a serious discipline, worthy of the finest minds and the finest ingredients, practised by people who have devoted their careers to the mastery of their craft.
The city's prestige beauty institutes — the Dior Institute, the Chanel Sublimage Spa, the La Prairie spa at Le Bristol, the Sisley Paris facial at the Royal Monceau — represent the meeting point of couture-house philosophy and clinical skincare expertise, in settings of considerable Parisian elegance. A morning at one of these addresses — followed by lunch at a terrasse in Saint-Germain and an afternoon of measured shopping in the ateliers of the Marais — is one of the great Parisian pleasures, available to those who know where to look.
We arrange the appointments, the rooms, and the days around them — because in Paris, the finest wellness experience is always also the finest day in the city.
